Vegetable Pie Recipe


Ingredients: 

A pack of shortcrust pastry (refrigerated section of the supermarket)
three peppers
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
150 ml (small brick) cream or cooking cream
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Preparation of vegetable pie:

As you can see in step by step vegetable pie is easy to prepare
Place the peppers in a baking dish and cut in half when they had removed the seeds. Put skin side up and paint it with a mixture of garlic powder and olive oil. Bake at 200 for 20-25 minutes.

Once roasted peppers cut into strips, removing the seeds and skin.

While the pastry placed in a mold and with the singing of a knife or a cut roll the edge as shown in the image. Prick bottom of dough several times with a fork to avoid bubbling.

We place the peppers into strips and spinach on top of the peppers. Then sprinkle liberally with grated mozzarella over the vegetables.



Vegetable Quiche
We put the ingredients on pastry and bake
In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream or milk cream and we season with salt, pepper and basil.

Pour this mixture over the vegetable pie, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 200 for 17-25 minutes or until you see that the top is gratin.

This vegetable pie can be served hot or cold, so it is also a great choice when we go hiking.
